21Laps Personal Training & Fitness has been servicing the health and fitness needs of the local community since its inception in 2013. 21Laps Personal Training & Fitness provides a full range of fitness programs available to everyone.
From One to One Personal Training, 2 on 1 sessions, small group sessions, Strength & Conditioning, ‘Bootcamp’ training, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), event specific training (eg: Mackay Marina Run, Ironman) or sport specific training 21Laps Personal Training & Fitness will help you get there.
Dean Anderson is the head trainer and the founder of 21Lap Personal Training & Fitness. Prior to opening the studio Dean worked as a mobile Personal Trainer offering HIIT, Group Fitness and Strength & Conditioning sessions. Due to great success he has progressed on to a much larger studio and outdoor training space, as he saw an opportunity to offer his clients much more. His qualifications include Master Trainer (Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness), Strength & Conditioning Coach, FMA Level 1, ASCA Level 1, Metafit and Metapwr Trainer. Dean is passionate about health and fitness and takes every opportunity to learn about all aspects of health and fitness through ongoing training and certifications. His passion, commitment and dedication has allowed Dean to develop the studio and build strong and loyal relationships with his clients.
